Orders come in from Amazon and TikTok Shop, stock is received and put away, waves are picked and packed, carrier labels print, and tracking goes back to the channel — without anyone re-keying an order into a second system.
Every step happens in one place, against one set of stock numbers. Nothing is exported to a spreadsheet and imported back in.

Where every unit stands, in one line.
Amazon and TikTok Shop orders arrive on their own, are turned into one common order format, and move through the same picking and packing flow regardless of where they came from. Tracking numbers go back to the channel once the label is created.

Inventory is held at location level, with stocktakes, transfers, replenishment and kitting handled in the system rather than on paper. Discrepancies are recorded, not quietly corrected.
FedEx, UPS and USPS labels are generated in the packing step — thermal ZPL for the label printer, PDF when you need one on file.
Customer returns, defective handling, relabeling and FBA transfers run as their own workflows, so the units that come back are inspected and put somewhere deliberate instead of piling up at the dock.
Storage rent, handling and surcharges are calculated from what actually happened in the warehouse, so an invoice can be traced back to the movements behind it.
